Katie Keegan, BSN, IBCLC

Katie joined Milton Pediatrics in 1997. She has watched the practice grow over the years, always learning new things from the providers as well as the families.

Katie earned a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Bridgewater State College. After a few years of teaching and starting a family, she returned to school to become an RN with a degree from Quincy College. Katie earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Augsburg University in Minneapolis, MN. She became a Certified Lactation Counselor in 2017 and recently became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).

Katie lives in Weymouth where she has resided most of her life, aside from a few years in Minnesota when her husband, Brian was relocated for work. Katie has three grown children and three grandchildren. Katie enjoys spending time with family, gardening, and travel.

Fun fact: Katie’s grandchildren call her “Yiayia” as her son-in-law is Greek!
