Dr. Niloff has announced her plans to retire at the end of the year, after 42 years of practicing at Milton Pediatrics. She joined Drs. Robinson and Cohan in 1985, and helped grow Milton Pediatrics into what it is today. You can find her letter below:
Dear Patients and Parents,
It is with mixed emotions that I am writing this letter to announce my upcoming retirement from Milton Pediatrics at the end of 2026. It will mark the end of my 42 years at the practice. I am looking forward to spending more time with my family and pursuing other interests.
I have loved every minute working here. Over four decades I have had the opportunity to mentor medical students and residents, manage our practice, build lifelong relationships with colleagues, and continue to learn along the way as medical technology has advanced. But the highlight, of course, has been caring for your children. Watching my patients grow up to be parents, bringing me all my “grand-patients”, has made these last year’s especially gratifying.
I plan to work until December 24th, 2026. This will give everyone time for last visits with me and transition to one of the other wonderful physicians in the practice. I truly believe Milton Pediatrics provides a special level of care to our patients. We have always strived to balance the best of modern medicine with old school values – spending quality time with our patients – and listening to them.
Thank you for the honor of being your pediatrician.
All the best,
Rebecca Niloff, M.D.
